Our Showroom and warehouse is in Ventura, Ca. Hours are from 10 am to 6 pm M-F and Sat. 9-5. Spa purchases are often delivered same day! I often personally deliver and set-up every Softub we sell in the 805 area code, Coastal Softub home of the "Lowest Priced Softub" (ask for details).
I read a sign recently at the counter of a business (well known for exceptional service after the sale). It read, "Quality, Service, Price &mdash PICK TWO"!
My goal is to give you all three! That's why we sell so many spas. Don't be afraid to ask me what you really want. You may be surprised!
For our supplies and accessory customers. Our commitment is to "ship your order the same day we receive it". Orders are processed up until 4:00 pm PST, M-F. will be shipped via UPS Ground hopefully that very day.
I know for a fact that we carry the largest inventory of supplies and accessories of any Softub dealer in the business. That way your order is expedited and complete. If for any reason we cannot fill your order in it's entirety. We will email or call you, with the date we can complete your order.
If we make a mistake handling your order, we will correct the mistake and pay for the shipping both ways (if applicable) to satisfy your order.
Please feel free to call with technical questions when you need a quick answer to: water treatment assistance, problem water, draining, cleaning, moving or refilling your spa, understanding the spa operation, error codes or parts replacement questions, including warranty or service. I am happy to clear up any uncertainties you may have, Even if you did not purchase your spa from us.
I'm ready to help. When you call before or after our store hours I still often answer the phone! I promise to return your call as soon as I remember to check my voice mail. Oops. The best is though, email, via the "contact us" button is the most sure and expedient response, that way we both have record of the date and question.
