Shipping & Returns

Orders $90.00 plus are shipped "Free" via UPS Ground within the Continental U.S. (the Contiguous 48 States). UPS Ground (only) Shipping Charges will be waived on all orders if the net price of the entire order (not including tax) is $90.00 or over. Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, Canada, BC or any territory or country outside of mainland U.S.

UPS Ground is our default shipping method and is the shipping method for the Contiguous 48 States only. Flat Rate / Best Way will be to the US Contiguous States - not shipments going to AK, HI or Canada. AK and HI orders will be processed via USPS mail instead of UPS. Shipments outside of the US will carry a minimum $10.00 per carton surcharge. We will make our best effort to ship your order complete the same day of receipt. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST may ship the following day.

Unfortunately due to inventory or the time we get your order we will try but cannot guarantee same day processing. Note:UPS does not guarantee delivery day or time or day, even for expedited service.

If we are out of stock of an item we will hold order until we can complete the order. We will always advise you of a revised shipping date.

Rush Orders. We will make absolute best effort to get your order out same day received but caution that "Overnight" and "2nd day" shipping orders must be received by 12 noon PST (our time). Many locations do not have Saturday delivery so avoid that expensive choice. Save your money and order earlier next time.

NOTE! Some larger orders require an email response from you or a phone call from the "Bill to" customer before we can ship the order.

Be Advised!: If you have a rush order with Red or Blue Label service; please call us at 805-654-9000 between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm (PST) to make sure we can accommodate your needs.

Oversize or over weight items (such as a Wood Surrounds or a Folding Spa Cover) must be shipped via common carrier. If your order contains oversize items, we will call you before we ship and advise the freight charges. We may need to confirm special instructions for delivery, such as your road to accommodate a large truck and trailer, rural delivery, etc.

Exchange and Returns: Orders less than 30 days are refundable or for credit. Orders less than 90 days are returnable for credit only. Credits may be used to purchase other items. Items removed from the original packaging carry a 50% restocking fee if in resell able condition.
